We offer flyers and leaflets in all standard sizes including A6 (105x148mm), A5 (148x210mm), A4 (210x297mm), A3 (297x420mm), DL (99x210mm), and square formats (148x148mm, 210x210mm). Custom sizes are also available to meet specific requirements. A5 and DL tend to be the most popular sizes for general marketing, while A6 works well for handouts and A4 for information-heavy content.
For standard flyers, we recommend 150-170gsm silk or gloss paper for a professional look that's still lightweight. For premium flyers or those that will be handled frequently, 250-300gsm stocks provide better durability. Available finishes include gloss (best for vibrant images), silk (good all-rounder with reduced glare), and uncoated (ideal if recipients need to write on the flyer). We also offer eco-friendly recycled paper options.
We offer various folding options for leaflets including half-fold (single fold creating 4 panels), tri-fold (letter fold creating 6 panels), Z-fold (accordion fold), cross-fold (folded twice in different directions), and gate-fold (where outer panels fold inward to meet in the center). For larger publications, we can create multi-page folded leaflets with up to 16 panels. Custom folding is also available for unique requirements.
