Minster in Primary Uniform Policy

Expectations for our school uniform:
All uniform needs to be clearly labelled

  • Royal blue round necked sweatshirt or cardigan with or without school logo, blue v-neck jumper or zip up fleece with or without school logo (Hoodies and tracksuit tops are not appropriate alternatives).
  • White polo shirt/blouse, plain or with school logo
  • Grey trousers or shorts
  • Grey knee length skirt/pinafore
  • Black, navy or grey tights or socks
  • Blue/white summer dresses
  • Sensible black school shoes – heeled shoes, open-toed shoes or sling back shoes are not appropriate.
  • Trainers are not permitted for daily wear, they are for PE only or outdoor play only.
  • Years 5 and 6 Blue clip-on tie purchased from the school office. Parents may source their own tie however this must be a clip-on.
  • School Ambassadors will be provided with alternative coloured ties by the school.
  • During the summer months we ask all parents to ensure their child brings a hat to school and also apply sunscreen before coming to school.
  • Wellingtons may be worn for forest school or outside during the colder months – they may not be
    worn indoors.


Coats

  • Coats are personal choice and must be provided during colder weather. There is an option to purchase a school coat from our uniform provider.
  • Coats, hoodies and tracksuit are not to be worn indoors unless permission is given by the school


PE Kit

  • White t-shirt, plain or with school logo (tops must cover the shoulders and midriff).
  • Black plain, or Navy PE shorts
  • Dark coloured tracksuit bottoms
  • Black plimsolls or Trainers
  • During the colder weather pupils may wear black or navy sweatshirts, hoodies or tracksuit tops.

Ordering Process

Place Your Order: Once you place your order, we get to work right away.

Order Blank Stock: We start by ordering the blank garments needed for your items.

Custom Embroidery: Next, we embroider the garments specially for you.

Average Turnaround Time: This whole process takes about 10 working days on average. Please note, the timescale may vary during peak times, such as school summer holidays.

Order Completion: When your order is ready, we'll send you an email to let you know. Depending on what you chose at checkout, your order will either be shipped to you or ready for you to pick up.

Returns/Refund Policy

Try Before You Buy:
We strongly encourage parents to visit our store to try on items for the correct size before placing an order, or to check our size guide to ensure a proper fit. This helps ensure that you receive the best fit for your child.

Non-Personalized Garments:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered garments with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please ensure the items are in their original condition.

Personalized Garments:
Please note that any garments personalized with a child’s name, nickname, initials, or any other custom embroidery are non-refundable.

How to Return:
To return an item, please bring it to our store along with your receipt. Alternatively, you can mail the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned items. During peak times, such as the back-to-school season, please allow up to 28 working days.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
